As I promised,
I came back to give you my friend the full load down of how I overcame this dreadful monster that caused me so much emotional, mental and physical pains. To make it even worse, those I truly cared about we’re also hurt by extension of my inability to make myself and my partner happy in the bedroom.
My search for the solution of my problem led me to what am about to share with you. This solution restored the hope that was once shattered and broken in pieces. What made this even better was that, it was all natural. Not the drugs that performed for a certain period of time. This was my saviour and I believe it can save you too only if you read all the way.

Physical exercise
Physical exercise plays a vital role in the overall well being of a human. More so, for a man, he needs physical exercise to stay active both physically and psychologically. As a man, you must learn to train the parts of your body that are responsible for sex. You need to engage in routines to help your pelvic muscles which are responsible of all the sexual activity. After I discovered how important exercise was, I proceeded to making it happen.
Jogging

I started jogging for at least thirty minutes every morning. I had my timer with me. I didn’t want to strain and overwork myself so I started slowly. For me, consistency was more of what I was aiming for. If I am consistent, the results will speak for itself sooner or later and it did.
I would jogged three times every week and I kept at this pace for over 3 months. But I have to say that the results came back in a month. Mind you while I was engaging in physical exercise, I also had natural aphrodisiac I had prepared for this journey. So please stay with me.
Squats

I tried as much as I can to do thirty squats every day because they also help with tightening the pelvic muscle. I never missed this routine for anything on earth. Now you can actually do thirty squats in a minute. The hack for me was that I made sure to do it before I had my bath everyday. Remember, consistency was what I was aiming for. So, as long as I was consistent, everything was on track. I discovered after a period of time that my swagger changed and my pelvic muscles tightened.
Push Ups

For men, push ups are generally good for your upper body and arm. I made sure to incorporate thirty push ups into my daily routine. If I had to eat food that day, I had to make sure I did my push ups. Occasionally I would advance to fifty but thirty was the minimum. I still do all these routines till date.
The push ups helped me a lot. Though the results were not visible to outsiders because I engaged in small portions of these routines. However, inside me I could feel some radical changes.
The more I engaged in all these physical exercises, the more I felt better inside.
